Susan is currently violinist for the Smithtown Performing Arts Center's production of I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change running through June 28, 2009.

Susan presented a session at the American String Teachers Association National Conference in Atlanta, 2009. The title is: "Garage ~~Band~~ Orchestra": Promoting Lifelong Learning and Fun with Strings

Susan presented her paper, "Praxial Music Education as a Springboard to 21st Century Demands," on March 8, 2008 at New York University's Conference -Arts Education: To What End? As an orchestra teacher, Susan is very interested in the University of South Carolina String Project and their work as a community music site. Find out more here.
